Our client was looking to invest in a startup company which had designed a product for the consumer foot market. Our brief was to report back on UK market size, SWOT analysis, Competitor analysis, routes to market and various types of distributorship options.

Case 2.  Stock Control System

Designed and implemented extensive spreadsheet-based stock control system for book publisher.

Case 3.  New Business Startup

The client required our input to set up their new offices. This included: liaising with Letting agent; installation of computers and telecommunications equipment; ordering and installation of office furniture and sundries and managing graphics and signage.

Case 4.  Marketing a New Exclusive Venue for Events

The client required us to market their exclusive venue to business and personal markets. The project entailed full direct mail campaign management, including: input on new brochure design; mail list procurement; database development; lead generation and distribution of brochures

Case 5.  Implement new Business Processes

A well established local busy dental practice needed a revision of business processes, so that all staff knew exactly what had to be done and followed the same processes. The net results were cost-saving through efficiencies and supplier selection and improved consistency of customer service.

Case 6.  Event Planning Company - promotion of Christmas Party service

A well established event company asked us to focus on marketing their Themed Christmas parties to local businesses.

Case 7.  New Filing System and Archiving Filing

A London-based firm who specialise in transport solutions required their office filing system to be re-filed, and all historical files to be archived correctly so that they could be found easily if needed in years to come.

Case 8.  Training School - Event Management

An IT training company asked us to manage their training school with delegates coming in from all over Europe. Our brief was to co-ordinate all travel and accommodation arrangements and be on site through the training schools to provide support and event administration.

Case 9.  Organising and Managing Events

Organised and managed team-building day for large company in Reading for over 55 delegates, including: invitations; liaising with team-building company and organising transport, catering and prizes.

Case 10.  Accounts / Book keeping

We provide ongoing book-keeping and management accounts production for several local firms using the Quickbooks system.

Case 11.  PA / Secretarial / Admin support

Director of large London based Insurance company requested our services to provide secrectarial and administrative support when working from home.

DOMESTIC & RESIDENTIAL PROJECTS

Case 1.  Refurbishment

London-based client required local management of large refurbishment project for his country house. Project scope included: new indoor swimming pool roof; structural changes; audio / movie theatre; bathrooms; new ornate staircase; 65 sq m extension; redecoration and interiors. Triple V managed: planning; architects; interior designers and all work-persons on site. The project complexity arose from tight schedules and the inter-dependencies between contractors, but the project was completed to a high standard, on time and within budget.

Case 2.  Garden office

Project managed the planning, build and interiors of large garden office

Case 3.  River Cleansing

Cleaning out and dredging of small river running through the estate. The project included extensive liaison with Environment Agency managers and management of specialist contractors to time and budget.

Case 4.  Stable conversion

Management of planning, architect, builders and interior works to convert stables into a two-bedroom apartment.

Case 5. River Mooring

The client's brief was to project manage the implementation of a mooring on the River Thames, for easy access to own boat. Working with local planning and River Authority and specialist company to build the mooring on time and on budget.

Case 6. Event Management

We have organised two weddings for clients - everything from flowers, catering, entertainment to staff on the day.
We regularly organise private dinner parties, birthday parties and events as per clients requirements.

Case 7.  Relocation Projects

Organised and managed the relocation of client's personal effects and furniture to new location abroad. This included researching local area for schools etc. to suit client's brief.
