Case 1. Refurbishment
|
London-based
client required local management of large refurbishment project
for his country house. Project scope included: new indoor swimming
pool roof; structural changes; audio / movie theatre; bathrooms;
new ornate staircase; 65 sq m extension; redecoration and interiors.
Triple V managed: planning; architects; interior designers and
all work-persons on site. The project complexity arose from tight
schedules and the inter-dependencies between contractors, but
the project was completed to a high standard, on time and within
budget.

Project

out and dredging of small river running through the estate. The
project included extensive liaison with Environment Agency managers

catering, entertainment to staff on the day.
